In 2014, The Birthing Community, Newcastle brought you “Microbirth”

– a film that revealed the immune system benefits of vaginal birth.

Microbirth has led to the introduction of women requesting to seeding their babies’ microbiomes during necessary ceasarean procedures. Allowing babies to begin life with a rich and diverse immune system.

In 2016, The Birthing Community , Newcastle brought you “MILK”

- a film exposing the politics and profit of medicalised birth and formula milk.

Each event is a fundraiser for local Birth Support Groups

Natalies’ passion for hosting Birth events was born in Sydney, where Natalie held yearly Birth events in multicultural Auburn!
